Kenta Osaku

3.10

March 10, 2011, was the day before the Great East Japan Earthquake.

While riding my motorcycle on a national highway at night, I collided with a car turning right at a large intersection.

His body was thrown several dozen meters and hit hard against a streetlight.

I have no memory, and when I wake up I'm in bed with a compound fracture of the spine and pain all over my body.

As I was in a daze, the aftershocks continued to shake my hospital bed.

I still thought I was in a dream.

When he regains consciousness he realizes he has been in an accident.

Check to see if your toes can move.

I will never forget the moment of relief when I thought, "It's working. That's a relief."

The rehabilitation process begins.

I slowly get up from the bed.

When I tried to stand up, my legs shook. I held on with my hands and finally managed to take a step.

I couldn't stop crying.

"What can I do now?"

I vowed to myself that I wanted to help others who also wanted to walk.

Mission

After gaining experience in rehabilitation at an acute care clinic and a rehabilitation hospital, I have been involved in home rehabilitation and private rehabilitation services. For cerebrovascular disease, we aim to restore walking, including adjusting braces, and improve paralysis, forming activities of daily living. We also have strengths in supporting daily life and rehabilitation into society, including returning to work. In orthopedics, we aim to not only provide immediate treatment, but also to identify causes that began before the illness, and to help patients achieve a body that will not recur in the long term.

Bodywork field

You may meet a physical therapist at a hospital for the first time when you have been in a serious traffic accident or have a serious illness. There are many people who say, "I wish I had gotten better when I was younger." We place emphasis on "prevention," preparing the body before it suffers from a serious illness.

Beauty field

The field of rehabilitation specializes in interpreting the body's structure and functions, and the movement chain starting from the feet. Facial balance is determined by the structure of the bones, which are stacked like building blocks from the feet, and ultimately appear on the face. We will help you regain correct posture and return your face to the beauty it was meant to be. We will also use specialized manual techniques and balance adjustments to resolve any areas of concern.
